About the Workshop

The VALOR Train‑the‑Trainer Workshop provides qualified law enforcement with tools to develop and deliver basic in‑house officer safety and wellness awareness training within their agencies.

In This Workshop, We Will:

  • Emphasize key VALOR Officer Safety and Wellness concepts and considerations.
  • Identify and explore real-time resources, suggested scenarios, discussion questions, and video recommendations.
  • Engage attendees through practical teach-back exercises.

Certificates for 8 hours of in-service training credits will be provided following the workshop.

Registration

To register, fill out the form below.  Through funding provided by the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), there is no registration fee for this training.  Space for this training is limited and open only to currently sworn law enforcement officers.

Please Note: Registrants must have attended a 2.5-day VALOR Essentials Training within the last year. This prerequisite will be verified to determine eligibility for participation prior to confirmation.

For security purposes, the specific training location will be given upon confirmation of your registration.

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 12
