In this video, retired Assistant Chief Christopher Davis details the organizational stress he experienced that almost ruined his career, his marriage, and his life. He explains how proactive mental wellness is an essential part of stress mitigation. Most importantly, he emphasizes the importance of recognizing unmanaged stress within yourself and your fellow officers who may be experiencing signs of organizational stress and seeking help.
