Overview:
The Executive Leadership Workshop inspires, educates, and challenges sworn law enforcement executives to advance officer safety and operational readiness strategies within their own agencies. This workshop is intended to provide law enforcement officers at the executive level with information to implement organizational change.
This four-hour workshop, facilitated by subject-matter experts, is an event that:
ü Addresses leadership strategies.
ü Discusses policies, procedures, and best practices.
ü Explores new ideas and no-cost resources.
ü Provides an opportunity to develop a customized executive action plan.
Training will be held January 12, 2027, from 08:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon, CT.
Certificate of completion for 4 hours available
This continuing education activity is approved by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST) and deemed valid for the purpose of in-service training credits with all participating states within the United States.
