    To register, fill out the form below. Through funding provided by the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), there is no cost to attend this event. Participants are responsible for associated travel and lodging expenses.


    This event is open to all first responders including sworn law enforcement officers, fire/rescue personnel, and EMS/paramedic personnel. Training academy cadets and trainers, and law enforcement friends and family are also welcome to attend. If you are a family member or a friend of an attending law enforcement officer and would like to attend, you must register separately and list the attending officer’s name in your registration form.

No. This training is funded by BJA and is free to any sworn law enforcement officer. However, travel, lodging, and per diem costs are the responsibility of the attendee or the attendee’s agency.
Yes. Depending on the location of the training and the state’s law enforcement training authority, state law enforcement credit may be available.
This training is strictly classroom-based. Appropriate dress is business casual or uniform, if required by your agency.
While this training is primarily for state, local, and tribal officers, federal law enforcement officers may be admitted on a space-available basis.
