    Overview:

    The VALOR Executive Leadership Workshop inspires, educates, and challenges law enforcement executives to advance officer safety and wellness strategies within their own agencies. This workshop is intended to provide law enforcement officers at the executive level with information to implement organization-wide change.

     

    This four-hour workshop, facilitated by subject-matter experts, is an event that:

     

    • Addresses leadership strategies.
    • Discusses policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Explores new ideas and no-cost resources.
    • Provides an opportunity to develop a customized executive action plan.

     

    Training will be held June 25, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., ET.

     

    Certificate of attendance for 4 hours available

     

    This is an IADLEST National Certification Program certified course.

Yes. Depending on the location of the training and the state’s law enforcement training authority, state law enforcement credit may be available.
This training is strictly classroom-based. Appropriate dress is business casual or uniform, if required by your agency.
While this training is primarily for state, local, and tribal officers, federal law enforcement officers may be admitted on a space-available basis.
