The VALOR Executive Leadership Workshop inspires, educates, and challenges law enforcement executives to advance officer safety and wellness strategies within their own agencies. This workshop is intended to provide law enforcement officers at the executive level with information to implement organization-wide change.
This four-hour workshop, facilitated by subject-matter experts, is an event that:
· Addresses leadership strategies.
· Discusses policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Explores new ideas and no-cost resources.
· Provides an opportunity to develop a customized executive action plan.
Training will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., CT.
