    The safety and wellness of your officers depends on your agency’s focused, quality training.  This course combines technology, relevant content, and a live roundtable event to maximize your training experience.  This virtual training is a self-paced course offered over a two-week period that concludes with a live roundtable event.  A certificate of attendance for six hours will be provided after attending the required live roundtable. 


    This workshop is intended for law enforcement officers in a training capacity, formal or informal, who are interested in bringing VALOR concepts to their agencies.  To attend this workshop, officers should have previously attended a VALOR Survive & Thrive® officer safety and wellness training within the last two years. 


    Self-Paced Start Date: Monday, April 10, 2023


    Live Roundtable Event Options*:


    Session A: Tuesday, April 25, 2023, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., ET 

    Session B: Tuesday, April 25, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., ET 


    *Participation in only one event is required.  Select the session that fits your schedule. 


    This two-week course: 

    ·         Teaches the VALOR framework and concepts for use in individual agencies. 

    ·         Identifies and explores available resources, suggested scenarios, discussion questions, and training videos available on the VALOR Program website. 

    ·         Engages participants through practical teach-back exercises. 


    This course offers a hands-on approach to aid law enforcement professionals in the training of their fellow officers.  You set the standard for your officers’ success! 


    Credit Hours Available:  6 Hours 


    Registration for this course is limited.  If the course reaches capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist.  If a spot does not open, you will be the first invited to the next course offering.
